DEPLOYMENT FINISHED!

The past six months I have been MIA with my blog but now it is time to start sharing again! Yay!

The deployment was rough y'all... really rough. We learned so much about our family and how we want to grow in our future. I learned so much about myself as a wife and mother. I realized for the first time in a long time that I am capable of doing things on my own and taking care of our children. When something breaks, I can fix it.

I do not need my husband, but I WANT him! I think that is a very good, healthy place to be! With that said, my man came home in October and it was the best day ever! Even though I am capable of fixing toilets, doors and whatever else breaks I am happy I have my husband to do it for me! ;)

Our family is whole again!

After James came home from deployment, we went home to Texas to visit family & friends. We traveled from South Texas to California visiting people along the way. It was definitely a experience traveling across the country with a toddler and being 6 months pregnant. Potty breaks were needed very often!

We have been back on island for a while now and we are preparing for baby number 2! We cannot wait to meet Isaiah Michael and see Gideon be a big brother!
